If we believe the property is a good fit, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate written agreement before any marketing begins. Compensation, responsibilities and expectations must be agreed upon in writing.

Submitting a property does not create a listing agreement, agency relationship or promise that the property will appear on ReddingLand.com. We carefully review each opportunity and may decline any property that is not a good fit for our audience or services.
