Redding Land was created to make Northern California land easier to understand. The goal is to give buyers practical information about properties, owner financing, construction considerations and the steps involved in purchasing land.

My first land purchase was in 1986. I've spent many years working with vacant land, and along the way I've learned a few things that I hope will help you make informed decisions before you buy.
