If you received a letter from me, I contacted you because public records indicated there may be a property situation worth discussing. You may have options, and a conversation does not obligate you to do anything.
ReddingLand.com is known for land, but my work is not limited to vacant land. I am a California Real Estate Broker with a background as a licensed California General and Electrical Contractor. I can help with houses, rentals, fixers, inherited property, rural property and land.
If a house needs repairs, you do not have to know what to fix, what it may cost, or whether the work is worth doing before you call. My construction experience helps me look at the property practically, recognize issues that may affect a sale, and compare selling as-is with making only the repairs that could improve the result. If enough time remains and the property would benefit from broad market exposure, listing it may produce the highest price. When speed or condition makes a conventional sale difficult, I may be interested in purchasing it directly. I will tell you honestly which path appears to make the most sense.
If taxes are delinquent or liens have accumulated, we can discuss the amount owed, timing and whether a sale may preserve remaining equity.
Time matters. Depending on the stage of foreclosure, selling on the open market or arranging a direct purchase may still be possible.
A recorded sale date creates urgency. I can review the basic facts quickly and tell you whether there appears to be enough time to act.
Heirs may be dealing with distance, repairs, belongings, probate or several decision-makers. The first step is simply understanding the situation.
A property does not have to be perfect. My construction experience can help you understand which problems may matter to a buyer, which repairs may improve the sale, and when selling as-is may make more sense. I am not seeking contracting work through this page.
I also review vacant land, rural acreage, rentals, investment property and properties that do not fit a typical retail sale.
Many owners know a property needs repairs but do not know whether to repair it, sell it as-is, or where to begin.
Because I am a licensed California Real Estate Broker with hands-on construction experience, I can look at the sale and the condition of the property together. That can help us separate repairs that may protect or improve the sale price from work that may cost more than it returns.
I am not saying every property should be repaired. Sometimes a few practical improvements make sense. Sometimes the better answer is to disclose the condition and sell as-is. The goal is to help you understand the choices before spending money or losing valuable time.
When time and condition allow, I can help prepare and market the property to seek the highest practical price from the broader market.
When speed, repairs or circumstances make a conventional listing less practical, I may consider purchasing the property directly.
Important: I am a licensed California Real Estate Broker. When discussing a possible purchase for myself or an affiliated entity, I am acting as a prospective principal and not solely as your agent. Any agency relationship or purchase agreement must be separately stated in writing.
You do not need exact figures. Share what you know, and I will follow up personally.

No. A call, text or form submission creates no obligation. Any listing agreement or purchase agreement would have to be separately reviewed and signed.
No. Land is the focus of ReddingLand.com, but I can also help with houses, rentals, inherited property, fixers and other real estate in Northern California.
No. I review each property individually. Some are better suited for a brokerage sale, some may fit a direct purchase, and some may not be a fit for either.
You do not need to repair it before contacting me. My construction background can help us discuss the condition, likely priorities and whether repairing, selling as-is, listing, or considering a direct sale appears most practical. This page is for real estate assistance, not contracting services.
The property address or APN, your approximate timeline, and any known tax, loan, foreclosure, probate or repair information are helpful. Exact figures are not required for the first conversation.
